How Can I Make a Complaint?
This is a simple explanation of the process your complaint will go through.

Make a Complaint to TDR Online
When you have all the information you need to make a complaint, you can submit it online. Once you have sent it to TDR, a copy of your complaint will be sent to the email address you have supplied.

If you would rather fill out a printed complaint form, you can get a copy of it here. Simply print it off, fill it in, and send it to TDR.
