Telecommunication Dispute Resolution (TDR) is a free and independent service to help work out disputes between consumers and telecommunication companies.

The company you want to complain about must be a member of the Telecommunication Dispute Resolution Scheme.

TDR will need your complaint in writing. You can:

  • fill in the form below
  • download the complaint form, print it out and send or fax it to TDR, or
  • TDR can help you fill it in over the phone - call freephone 0508 98 98 98.
